I am 31 european female – computer professional and geek and multitasking freak, and this is my web-log on watching my daily food intake by meals and extra-snacks, in purpose of losing 4.5 kilos. For those who are not familiar with metric system, I am very sorry -> go to Google or Wikipedia. Also, I will post some receipts and science articles on nutrition so my web-log will /or can help you to keep your weight in balance, as well as your physical condition to make perfect form. All meals are very simple and easy to prepare. Ideal for geek chicks or anyone who doesn’t have time and long for simplicity and healthy lifestyle. This weblog is not only for dieting, nutrition and personal monitoring but also for changing lifestyle (recreation, sleep, working out, etc). Also, the blog is covering some life and other stories happening around the globe and personal, some issues that may be common to anyone at anyplace, and how-to-do.
I start my web daily logs of those inputs as I keep promise (to me and to my nutritionist) from tomorrow.

Additional note: This would not only be what written above, but as I changed the title of my Diary – the diary of Single girl, of single young woman. And the reason(s) why, I wrote in the entry.
Maybe I sounded a bit feisty and rebellious but trust me, I have the reasons for that. I am not like that. Everything you want to comment, add, write, interact , or know more about me- you can do it here or write me. Thank you girls and boys.

I like your blog; You are very good in writing down what you eat and analyzing things.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks Lori for the feedback:) I am glad that someone is reading me (at least maybe I can motivate someone to do the same).I’m trying, though sometimes (many times) it is hard. I guess this is the beginning.

Some days are hard, but some things slowly become a habit. I don’t believe that stuff about 21 days to make a habit…I think it takes longer. You are motivating! I mean, think of all of us struggling and thinking we’re the only ones and if only we had willpower…

Lori, you have the right system -relying on the ‘results’ periodically measuring yourself, not on ‘writing or webloging what you have eat’. I should implement it…
