In my part of the world, recently was premiere of Giovanni Veronesi’s (italian) film Manuale d’amore 2,with interesting and funny four love stories, but also touching, how shall I translate from Italian this film: Handbook or manual of Love. Interesting acting crew and stories that covers (almost) all aspects of love and relationships. Here are some of the juicy stills and the poster.

I don’t know if I could watch this. It looks sexy as it can be; I might want to go and pick up someone after that.
I’m sorry you are having to deal with idiot men. I can still burst into tears myself but you do feel some relief from that as time goes on.
That Time of Month (or as we abbreviate it: TTOM) does mess up the weight so hang in there. You asked how much exercise I do. I’m going to address that in a post later but I wanted to tell you now that I don’t spend hours and hours at the gym.
I usually do at least 15-20 minutes of some aerobic thing: swimming, treadmill, elliptical about an average of 3-4 times a week. Some weeks, I can go almost every day (not very often) but other weeks (like TTOM), it’s less. I also sometimes do 30 minutes of aerobic stuff. When I had the swim class, I was in the water for an hour 2x a week so it will be interesting to see what happens now that it’s over.
I also do weights but not a lot of them; I use leg press machine, tricep stuff, some arm things but not very regularly or thoroughly. It’s a weak spot.
You might go to http://www.realage.com and look for You on a Diet. They have some great exercises for people with and without machines/equipment.
Really, again, I don’t stay at the gym for very long. It’s more that I spend time getting myself to GO to the gym, find a parking space and get on a machine than I do working out.
I’ll look for this movie; it looks very romantic and fun. Hang in there….
